Looking for a headshot?

It's been a while since I've done one of these! It's been a crazy first year in my full-time position, but I am glad to be spending some more time with the camera.  I thought I'd use this blog to showcase some of my headshot work, and some of the stuff I've been doing for a while also keeping busy with full-time life.

Are you looking to get a new headshot for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or for your company?  Living close to Cincinnati, OH? Maybe you just want a clean picture for other personal spaces.  Here are some of the headshot option I offer:

Modern Headshot

People really seem to like these more 'modernistic' headshots.  Every single headshot is unique.  That is because the background can literally be anything and the photo can be taken literally anywhere!  The idea for these headshots is definitely not my own. I got the idea from an article post by Fstoppers. I saw them and thought I could recreate them with a more professional look for the modern person.  Here are some examples of what came out:

On Background

Another option I offer are headshots on backgrounds.  These are meant to be classic and simple. Typically these run on either gray, white or black backgrounds.  Take a look for yourself and see some examples:

Simple Outside

Maybe you're looking for something a little more simple, but still unique and outside.  Though not as popular, I offer some simple, clean and unique headshots that don't require as much of a setup, but still convey that professional image.  Check out some examples below:

Miami (OH) vs. Buffalo

Yesterday I photographed my first football night game.  Miami (OH) played Buffalo on a (what I would consider) a cold night.  It was in the low 40’s and there was some wind chill.  Definitely a good experience, getting to photograph a night game, especially in the cold.  Bundling up helped, but my hands were still super cold.  Someone ended up giving me some hand warmers, and to that person I say thank you!  It was seriously a hand-saver, haha!

Anyways, check out some of the photos from last night.  Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Also, any of my photo friends understand how frustrating this can be.  Ref’s always getting in the way of a good photo!

Also, you all also understand back-focusing :(

Until next time!
